Hershey's Kiss Cookies

Sift flour, soda and salt.
Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars.
Add egg, milk and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix and shape into balls.
Roll in sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 minutes.
Remove and place Hershey's Kiss on cookie.
Return to oven; bake 2 to 5 minutes more.
Makes about 5 dozen.
