Hershey's Kiss Cookies
Hershey'S Kiss Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. shortening and 1/2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine the flour, soda and salt.
Cream the shortening, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla. Mix together.
Form into small balls and roll in white sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and place a "Kiss" in the middle of each cookie.
Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
