Hershey's Chocolate Pound Cake
Hershey'S Chocolate Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can hershey's syrup, 1 lb. hershey's chocolate candy (16 oz.), 1 c. buttermilk, 2 1/2 c. plain flour (or self-rising flour, but omit soda) and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Chocolates over low heat.
Cool and add vanilla. Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs, 1 at a time.
Add chocolate mixture to butter. and soda mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Add nuts.
Grease and flour 3 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan and loaf pan or 1 large sheet pan.
Bake at 300° to
350° for approximately
1 hour.
Check with toothpick or finger press after 45 minutes.
Cool before taking from pans.
