Cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Add melted Hershey bars and blend.
Add sifted dry ingredients with buttermilk, beating well after each addition. Add Hershey's syrup, vanilla and chopped nuts.
Beat well.
Pour into a well-greased and floured tube pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Do not invert while cooling!
