Herbed Salmon Ball
Herbed Salmon Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon, 1 clove garlic, pressed, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1/2 tsp. thyme, crumbled and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain salmon.
Remove skin if desired.
Mash bones.
Combine cream cheese, garlic, cottage cheese, onion, fines herbes and thyme until well blended.
Stir in salmon to blend.
Chill 3 hours.
Mixture will be soft.
Roll in parsley and walnuts.
Serve with crackers.
