Herbed Rice
Herbed Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, vegetable cooking spray, 1 tbsp. beef flavored bouillon granules, 1/2 c. hot water and 6 c. cooked long grain rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook mushrooms in a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until tender. Set aside. Dissolve bouillon granules in water. Combine bouillon, mushrooms, long grain rice and remaining ingredients.
Spoon into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Makes 12 servings.
