Herbed Potatoes

Made with 2 medium baking potatoes, 1 small onion, thinly sliced (1/2 c.), 4 or 2 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. margarine or butter, melted and 1/2 tsp. dried basil, oregano or tarragon, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
Arrange potato and onion slices in the microwave dish.
Combine water, margarine and herb; pour over top.
Cook, covered, on High 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
