Mix first three ingredients.
Let foam.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Mix and knead 5 minutes.
Place in large greased bowl to rise one hour.
Knead on floured surface with herbs.
Divide into 3 loaves, brush with butter, stretch into long loaves and bake on a cookie sheet at 375° about 25 minutes.
Cool overnight.
Slice thin, brush with butter, put on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° about 10 minutes.
Store open for crispness.
