Herbed Chicken Casserole
Herbed Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts, skinned, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stew chicken breasts; reserve 2 cups of broth.
Remove chicken from bone and tear into bite size pieces.
Place in 3-quart baking dish.
Combine soups and 1 cup of broth; pour over chicken.
Mix margarine and remaining 1 cup of broth; stir in stuffing.
Spoon over chicken.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
