Herbed Chicken Bake
Herbed Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix, 3 large, skinless and boneless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup and 3/4 c. sauterne wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare rice using package directions.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Place in skillet with butter and cook slowly until brown.
Spoon rice into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with chicken.
Add soup to skillet.
Slowly add wine, stirring until smooth.
Bring to boil and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
