Herbed Chicken Bake
Herbed Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix, 3 large chicken breasts, boned and halved, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup and 3/4 c. cooking wine (sauterne), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare rice mix using package directions.
Season chicken with salt and pepper in skillet.
Brown slowly in butter.
Spoon rice into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with chicken, skin side up.
Add soup to skillet.
Slowly add Sauterne, stirring until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
