Herbed Cheese Spread
Herbed Cheese Spread is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, c. butter or margarine, softened, . minced fresh parsley, . minced chives and . minced fresh chervil or 1/4 tsp. dried chervil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the parsley, chives, chervil, garlic, tarragon and lemon-pepper; mix well.
Transfer to a serving dish.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
