Herbed-Cheese Omelet
Herbed-Cheese Omelet is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 tsp. sour cream, 1/4 tsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. parsley and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine first 3 ingredients; add next 5 ingredients.
Mix well.
Combine eggs, water and 1/2 teaspoon white pepper; stir with a whisk until blended.
Heat a 10-inch heavy skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add olive oil and butter.
Pour egg mixture into skillet.
As mixture starts to cook, gently lift edges of omelet with a spatula and tilt pan so uncooked egg flows underneath.
Spoon cheese mixture in center and fold sides over filling.
Sprinkle with green onion.
