Herbed Bread Sticks
Herbed Bread Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 pkg. rapidrise dry yeast, 1 tbsp. salt, 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley and 1 bunch fresh chives, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl mix the flour, yeast, salt and herbs.
Add the olive oil and water and mix until a dough is formed.
On a floured surface knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel and set in a warm place to rise.
When the dough has doubled in size, about 30 minutes, punch it down and divide it into 16 pieces.
Roll each piece into a 12-inch "snake."
