Herb Loaf
Herb Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 2 tsp. parsley, chopped, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/8 tsp. garlic salt or 1 clove garlic, chopped and 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Soften butter and cream with parsley, oregano, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Cut loaf of bread in slices.
Spread both sides with the herb butter.
Wrap in foil and heat in oven (400Β°) for 10 minutes.
Five minutes before serving, open the foil and let the top of loaf get crusty again.
