Herb Grilled Fish
Herb Grilled Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. kraft free nonfat mayonnaise dressing, 1/2 c. skim milk, 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 tsp. dill weed and 4 (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick) firm textured fish steaks (such as swordfish, tuna or mahi-mahi), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix dressing, milk and seasonings; refrigerate.
Place fish on greased grill over low coals (coals will be ash gray) or rack of broiler pan.
Grill or broil 2 to 4 inches form heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with dressing mixture.
Makes 4 servings.
