Heloise's Roach Exterminating Formula
Heloise'S Roach Exterminating Formula is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. powdered boric acid, 1/2 c. flour, 1/8 c. sugar, 1/2 small onion, chopped (optional) and 1/4 c. shortening or bacon drippings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cream shortening and sugar; mix boric acid, flour and onion. Add to sugar and shortening.
Blend well, then add water to form soft dough balls.
(If balls are placed in opened plastic sandwich bags, the dough will stay softer longer.)
Place balls throughout the house in places normally inhabited by roaches.
When dough becomes brick hard, replace with a fresh batch.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
