Hellmann's Hawaiian Carrot Cake
Hellmann'S Hawaiian Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, unsifted, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, mayonnaise and pineapple until well blended.
