Helen's Rum Cake
Helen'S Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla pudding (instant), 1 yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. rum, 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Butter Bundt type cake pan.
Coat with pecans.
Beat pudding, cake mix, rum, oil, water and eggs together just until smooth.
Pour into pan and bake 1 hour.
Cool cake. Poke holes in cake.
Heat butter, sugar and rum until sugar is dissolved.
Dribble over cake.
Let set several hours or overnight.
Remove from pan.
