Made with 1 c. heavy cream, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (3.4 to 4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and 1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Whip the cream in small bowl.
Refrigerate.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Beat together cream cheese, reserved juice and pudding in medium bowl until smooth.
Gently fold pineapple and whipped cream into pudding mix.
Spoon into pie crust.
Place in freezer until hard, 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from freezer 1 1/2 hours before serving.
Sprinkle top with more crumbs.
