Heavenly Peanut Butter Fudge
Heavenly Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream and 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place sugar, butter and milk in large heavy pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until ingredients melt.
Continue cooking to soft boil stage or 235Β°.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
Mix well.
Pour into large greased pan (10 x 15 x 2-inch).
Cool and cut into squares. Makes 5 pounds.
