Heavenly Peanut Butter Fudge
Heavenly Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream and 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place sugar, butter and milk in large heavy pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until ingredients melt.
Continue cooking to soft boil stage or 235Β°.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
Mix well.
Pour into large greased pan (10 x 15 x 2-inch).
Cool and cut into squares. Makes 5 pounds.
