Heavenly Lemon Dessert
Heavenly Lemon Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-1/2 cubes margarine, 1-1/2 c. flour, 2/3 c. chopped walnuts, plus more for topping, 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix flour and margarine like pie crust, add nuts and press into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes; cool.
Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in 1 c. Cool Whip then spread over crust.
Mix the pudding mix using only 3 c. milk, and beat until stiff; spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Chill well before serving.
