Heavenly Jello Salad
Heavenly Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lime jello, 1 c. pineapple tidbits, 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. pineapple juice and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat pineapple juice.
Pour over jello; stir until completely dissolved.
Set aside to cool.
When cool and beginning to thicken, add cheese, tidbits and nuts.
Mix well by hand, then fold in whipping cream (not whipped).
Pour into mold or bowl and refrigerate until set.
Serves 8.
