Heavenly Jam
Heavenly Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ripe peaches, 3 lb. sugar, 2 oranges and 1 small jar maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel, stone and chop or mash peaches.
Add sugar and let stand overnight.
The next morning, add grated rind of 1 orange and the pulp and juice of both oranges.
Put into heavy saucepan and cook 30 minutes.
Add the cherries and juice.
Cook 30 minutes more. Pour into hot jars and seal at once.
