Heavenly Hash
Heavenly Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple chunks, undrained, 1 can flaked coconut, 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 large jar maraschino cherries, chopped and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Empty pineapple into large mixing bowl.
Add coconut, marshmallows, cherries, juice and nuts.
Fold in whipping cream; whip cream and sugar together.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve over sliced angel food cake, pound cake or in parfait dish.
Top with whole cherry.
