Heavenly Halo Mold
Heavenly Halo Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 3 c. kraft miniature marshmallows, 2 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 c. heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup syrup.
Dissolve jello and marshmallows in boiling water.
Add reserved syrup.
Chill until almost thickened.
Fold in pineapple, whipped cream and cake cubes.
Pour into 10-inch tube pan or 3-quart ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on serving plate.
Serves 12 to 14.
