Heavenly Chicken
Heavenly Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, 2 c. carrots, sliced or diced, 1 c. chopped onions (may use frozen), 1 c. chopped celery and 2 cans chicken noodle soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cover chicken with water and cook until done.
Pick chicken off the bone and cut.
Mix together until smooth 2 cans chicken noodle soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup.
Add eggs to the soup mixture.
Melt oleo in a small pan and mix with 1 cup chicken broth (from cooked chicken).
Combine stuffing mix cubes and flavor packet, then add 1 cup of dry mix to soup and eggs and fold this into the chicken.
Put into buttered baking dish.
Mix the remaining dry stuffing mix with the oleo and broth mix and put over chicken.
Cover the pan with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes to brown.
