Line cookie sheet with foil; lay down the crackers.
Melt butter and brown sugar.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Pour over crackers.
Bake at 400Β° for 7 minutes.
Take out of oven.
Pour 1 package of milk chocolate chips on crackers.
Let set until melted.
Spread with knife.
Chill; break into pieces.
