Made with 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 jar chocolate ice cream topping, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip and 2 heath bars, grated or 1 bag heath bar sensations (small), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake cake as directed on the box in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or glass baking dish.
While cake is still hot, combine Eagle Brand milk and ice cream topping.
