Hearty Beef And Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. crescent rolls, 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper and 8 oz. tomato sauce with mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown meat, onion and pepper.
Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, beans, garlic salt and salt; simmer while preparing crust. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
Place in an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Combine egg and 1 cup cheese.
Spread over crust.
Spoon meat into crust.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
