In ungreased 8-inch cake pan, mix together flour, sugar, soda and cocoa.
Make 3 wells in flour mixture.
Put vinegar in one, vanilla in one and corn oil in 3rd.
Pour water over all and mix with fork until entirely moist.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 to 30 minutes until just done.
Ice as desired.
