Healthy Cookies
Healthy Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, softened, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. egg beaters and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat margarine with electric mixer.
Gradually add sugars; beat well after each addition.
Add Egg Beaters and vanilla.
Mix. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda and oats.
Gradually add to bowl of other ingredients, stirring well after each addition. Stir in raisins.
Spray cookie sheets with vegetable oil spray. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
Let cool.
