"Healthy" Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, at room temperature, 1/2 c. chunky real peanut butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butters with sugars, eggs and vanilla.
Mix in oatmeal and chocolate chips.
(Add sunflower seeds or nuts if desired.) Blend in dry ingredients.
Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
