Healthful Brownies
Healthful Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. quick cooking oats, 1/2 c. honey crunch wheat germ, 1/4 tsp. salt, 12 pkg. artificial sweetener and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine the next 4 ingredients in a separate bowl.
Blend the 2 mixtures together.
Spread batter in 8 x 8-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into 16 bars.
Serves 16.
