Health Salad
Health Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. hot water, 1 envelope plain gelatin, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add the first 6 ingredients together in a saucepan.
Put on stove and heat until dissolved.
Bring to boiling point.
Cool and add the last 6 ingredients.
Mix well.
Put in dish and let jell. Cut in squares.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
