Head over Heels Pudding Cake
Head Over Heels Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. lite margarine or another butter substitute or your choice, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. skim milk, 2 2/3 tbsp. cocoa with 1/2 tbsp. lite margarine or substitute of your choice and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the margarine, 3/4 cup sugar, milk, 2 2/3 tablespoons of cocoa, salt, flour, baking powder, Grape Nuts cereal and vanilla into a batter.
Mix together with a few ounces of water the 1/2 cup sugar, honey and 1/4 cup of cocoa.
Spoon over batter.
Bake in a casserole dish in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Serve from casserole, turning each serving into individual dessert bowl.
