Hawaiian Wedding Cake
Hawaiian Wedding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 oz.) box yellow cake mix, 1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare and bake cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan according to package directions.
Cool slightly.
Poke holes in top of cake with a fork.
Spread with the can of pineapple, juice and all.
In mixer, put cream cheese and pudding together and slowly add milk. Blend slowly until mixture is of smooth consistency.
Spread on top of pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding mixture. Sprinkle on coconut and chill.
