Hawaiian Spareribs
Hawaiian Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 lb. spareribs, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. oil and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Trim excess fat from ribs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange in baking pan.
Cook for 45 minutes.
Drain off 3/4 of the fat, leaving ribs in pan.
In a skillet heat butter and oil.
Saute onion until golden, about 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Using garlic powder and cinnamon and more salt and pepper to taste, brush mixture on ribs.
Cover with oil and refrigerate.
On serving day bake ribs uncovered in 350Β° oven for one hour, turning occasionally.
