Hawaiian Meatballs
Hawaiian Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 egg, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix hamburger, egg and milk together in bowl.
Shape into balls.
Spray pan with Pam.
Brown meatballs and drain.
Stir brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and pineapple juice in saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
After boiling begins, stir for 1 minute.
Pour in meatballs.
Turn to low heat and simmer to taste.
Serve over rice.
