Hawaiian Loaf
Hawaiian Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. softened margarine, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 c. mashed ripe bananas and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, beating well.
Stir in banana.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture, mix just until smooth.
Fold in pineapple and coconut.
Spoon into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until tests done.
