Hawaiian Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 3 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding, 4 c. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cake according to directions.
Make two 9 x 13-inch cakes. Cool.
Mix pudding, cream cheese, milk and extract.
Beat well. Stir in pineapple.
Spread on cooled cakes.
Top with whipped cream.

You can use Cool Whip instead of whipping cream.
