Hawaiian Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large plus 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 2 envelopes gelatin and 1 angel food cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan, place pineapple, water, sugar and gelatin.
Cook until thickened.
Let cool.
Take half of the cake and break into small pieces.
Line glass dish with pieces of cake.
Add half of Cool Whip, coconut and pecans.
Add half of pineapple mixture. Layer again.
