Hawaiian Cream Dessert
Hawaiian Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can pineapple tidbits (1 1/2 c.), 2 c. miniature marshmallows or 16 large marshmallows, 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, drained and quartered, 1 c. heavy cream, whipped and 1/4 c. almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Combine pineapple and 1/4 cup liquid, marshmallows and cherries.
Let stand 1 hour. Fold in whipped cream.
Put in individual serving dishes.
Chill; sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
