Hawaiian Chicken
Hawaiian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, salt, 1 small can pineapple slices, 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 to 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put chicken in baking dish.
Sprinkle lightly with salt. Drain juice from pineapple, reserving the juice.
Add soy sauce and sugar to the juice.
Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 325Β° about 45 minutes, basting several times. Place 1 pineapple slice on each breast half.
Baste.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
