Hawaiian Chicken
Hawaiian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut up, 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. paprika and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, paprika and pepper.
Coat chicken in flour mixture.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Put butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and melt.
Put floured chicken in pan, skin side down.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Mix together the pineapple juice, brown sugar, onion, thyme and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Turn chicken when done baking; pour mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes; garnish with pineapple slices the last 5 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
