Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon in bowl.
Stir in nuts.
Mix vanilla, eggs, oil, bananas and pineapple in bowl. Add to flour mixture; mix just until moistened.
Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Pan may be prepared with nonstick baking spray.
May substitute 2 loaf pans for Bundt pan.
