Hawaii Wedding Cake
Hawaii Wedding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix (pudding in the mix), 1 (5 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding, 1 box cream cheese, softened, 2 cans crushed pineapple and 1 pkg. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in a 15 x 17-inch cake pan or cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Let cool.
Mix pudding and cream cheese with 2 cups milk until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
Let chill until firm.
Spread 2 cans of crushed pineapple on top of cream cheese mix.
Cover with Cool Whip, then coconut, cherries and nuts.
Keep chilled until ready to serve.
