Havreflarn (Swedish Lace Wafers)
Havreflarn (Swedish Lace Wafers) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oats and 2 tsp. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift together in a bowl the flour, baking powder and sugar. Add oats, heavy cream, corn syrup, oleo and vanilla; mix well. Drop on ungreased sheet 4 inches apart using 1/4 teaspoon as measure.
Bake at 375Β° for 6 to 8 minutes.
Remove carefully to waxed paper to cool.
Makes approximately 6 dozen 2-inch wafers.
