Cook on high 1 minute.
Stir in onion.
Cover with wax paper.
Cook on High 5 minutes, stirring once.

Stir at 1 minute intervals.
Combine beef and potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
Add onion, gravy, salt and pepper; blend well.
